1) Is Gloss Boss Detailing mobile, or workshop/drop off only?
We are primarily workshop-based due to seeing better & more efficient results - this is because we have a more controlled & better-set environment to work in. We may make mobile exceptions for some vehicles i.e., trade vehicles that are only able to be detailed on site, or vehicles with mileage/drivability restrictions i.e., show cars, and cars with certain registration restrictions. Please also note that we do not detail in townhouse, strata, or apartment complexes for safety reasons. You can view our 'Mobile Detailing Policy' on our 'policies' page for more!
2) Are bookings obligation free/what if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Yes, bookings are obligation free, we wholeheartedly understand that things can sometimes get in the way of bookings with us, for this reason we do not charge any booking deposits or cancellation/hidden fees. 3) How Long Does a Detail Take?
Times may vary depending on the size & dirtiness of the vehicle at hand, in correlation with other natural factors such as fallout & weather conditions. You can view average times for our services in the 'Our Services' section on our 'Home' page.
4) Is Gloss Boss Detailing Environmentally Friendly?
Our commitment to environmental friendliness can be seen in our range of products. The majority of our detailing products are from local car care companies, which are biodegradable and are sustainably made & sourced.
5) What Services do Gloss Boss Detailing Offer?
Currently, we offer fleet detailing, premium auto detailing and paint enhancement services, viewable in the 'Our Services' section of our 'Home' page.

6) How Often Should I Get my Car Detailed?
We would recommend fortnightly, as this is the best compromise between value for money and overall upkeep, other common maintenance intervals are monthly, and quarterly.
7) Do You Offer Any Discounts/Loyalty Programs?
We absolutely do, we offer discounts up to 20% for trade & fleet vehicles, and maintenance plans. Our loyalty program sees your 7th detail for free too.
8) What Payment Methods do You Accept?
Currently, we can take cash or direct transfer, we will soon have eftpos & amex options available too.
9) Are Your Products Safe For All Car Finishes?
They absolutely are! Whether it is gloss or matte paint/wraps, Paint Protection Film, professionally-applied ceramic coatings, carbon ceramic brakes, painted brake callipers, etc, know our products & processes have been designed to be safe for these.
