Mobile Detailing & Workshop Policy
​
Exceptions for mobile detailing:
1) Trade & fleet vehicles that can only be detailed on a worksite
2) Cars with mileage limitations
3) Cars that are not roadworthy
4) Cars with registration restrictions/unregsitered
5) Medical reasons
If you and or your vehicle meets the requirements for our mobile detailing exception, we must ensure that the space is safe to detail from. It is the client's responsibility to provide safe space/spaces for detailing said vehicle. This includes a water outlet with a standard fitting (we bring all hoses & connections), running clean water which is safe for vehicle paint, and aligned with the industry standard of water for the state the site is located in, a safe electricity powerpoint with standard 3 pin Australian fittings, and that the surroundings of the vehicle & space pose no liability to either the staff and or the vehicle.

Workshop Policy
When dropping your vehicle to our workshop located in Ngunnawal, you drop your vehicle off at your risk against the following unlikely events:
1) Natural disasters/weather events such as but not limited to; rain, hail, fire, fallout, wind, etc
2) Natural and or object fallout of any kind (for example, a storm occurs and a tree branch hits your car)
3) Vehicle-related issues (for example, your vehicle catches on fire)
4) Theft/vandalism of your vehicle
5) issues that occur to your vehicle such as but not limited to; mechanical & electrical issues

We keep your vehicle as safe as we can, the above factors & more are not entirely in our control. It is up to you (the client) to ensure that your vehicle is insured for, and or you are prepared to cover, the repercussions of the following factors.
